Prepare the meeting – Visitor book, gavel, raffle prize, etc
Take money at the door and maintain the attendance book.
Pay the restaurant the correct amount.
Ensure any guests are properly looked after.
Tidy up after the meeting.
Duties include council meetings and any functions held during the month.
Find one speaker per month.
Let the President, Secretary (for minutes) and webmaster know the name of the speaker as early as possible – preferably one month before!
Introduce and thank the speaker and act as his host.
